Mrs. Rodriguez has 30 years’ experience working with DOD agencies serving as a Senior Technical Writer, Senior POC for Cyber Security Analysis, and mastered the need for SharePoint Administration & Change Management. Worked for NASA, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS/IHS), Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), NAVY Medicine, HR Solutions for the ARMY, Homeland Securities, National Institute of Health (NIH), Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), The International Monetary Fund (IMF), CareFirst, The House of Representatives (HOR) and The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Guided large and small private organization teams and Government funded teams. With vast knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (365-GCC). Her vast experience with DOD processes and 508 Compliance makes her an asset to any organization.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in VKNOWIT is the senior-level executive within this organization responsible for continually researching and connecting with the key players in the online training market. She will help pave the way for a successful product by setting budgets for the trainers, the online training costs and forming partnerships with recruiters and Government offices who want to help their employees attain IT Certifications. She works daily to market and sell our services to provide a well-rounded training experience for our customers, making acquisitions of the latest software needed to create online training, and hiring certified trainers to grow a professional team to steer the IT Certification training value and focus of the company accordingly.

The Information Technology Director in VKNOWIT is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for an organization.

Overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes. Working with information engineers to find solutions to manage business activities. Supervising a team of workers, while working closely with management, external vendors, and advisors. Preparing financial budgets and presenting proposals for capital projects to senior executives. Researching and recommending new products. Identifying new market opportunities. Leading efforts to improve IT processes. He will be directing and controlling the activities regarding the training creation and editing of courses. He will have overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, recommending, and implementing changes to methods. The IT Director will participate in corporate development of campaigns, Marketing Techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.

He is an IT Professional with over 26 years of expertise in Information Technology Best Practices, IT Security, Network Engineering, Infrastructure, IT Project-Management-Oriented Administration, and IT Training. Responsible for gathering project requirements, researched decision-making processes at Senior levels, and implemented new procedures which produced positive outcomes. Responsible for the penetration testing performing audits in digital systems, wired and wireless networks, financial infrastructure, and critical systems in security evaluations in Mexico, Latin America, the United States and Europe. Extensive teaching experience in universities, graduates and master’s degrees in information security, ethical hacking, forensic and regulatory analysis. Experience as a Professor in topics related to Information Security and endorsed by world-renowned certifying entities. Assigned to the Supreme Court of Justice for issues of computer forensics, expert opinions, and case analysis. Performed risk analysis generating a maturity model for the implemented system and was responsible for the implementation and auditing of the Information Security Management System for the private sector and Government Agencies, based on ISO27001, ISO 27002 standards. Mr. Jimenez worked in the Legal field for the past 12 years. He has worked with Criminal and Civil cases dealing with the court system in MD, DC, and VA. He has helped manage legal offices dealing with Auto Accidents, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Work Injuries. As Office Manager, he was responsible for the practice of business administration, including workload and staff management; financial management and advertising/marketing. He brings knowledge and expertise having lead the financial affairs for the law firms he worked with. At VKNOWIT he balances payments of contractors that teach our students, the purchase of books that are needed for our labs. He coordinates partner participation to reduce the cost of courses for students.  The payment plans VKNOWIT provides is managed by our Financial Affairs Manager.

Ms. Jimenez worked in the Legal field for the past (7) years. She has worked as a Legal Assistant and supported the partners of a well-known law firm in Rockville, Maryland. She has helped clients with Auto Accidents, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Worker’s Compensation & Patent/ Intellectual Property cases. Before joining VKNOWIT, she worked as a Legal Assistant for a client named Cisco representing Edell, Shapiro & Finnan, LLC which is an intellectual property law firm located in the Gaithersburg area. She counsels our contractors who are our trainers. Coordinates the payment of courses by adding a legal remark on the contracts. Responsible for the contracts with partners who will provide the internships and clients in all areas of contract law.

35 years’ experience as an Admissions Director for Sanz School, Medtech and CTI. Participated in student recruitment, selection, and admission, making admission recommendations when required to do so. Evaluated students’ or individuals’ abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, or professional sources. Served as liaison between students and parents to improve communication for successful enrollment. Represented institution and its affiliates at community and campus events, in meetings with other institution personnel, and during accreditation processes. Set and coordinated financial aid appointments.
